Who is accountable

Every article published here is reviewed and approved by a named person before it goes live — currently Joe Drozd. If something on this site is wrong, that is the person who got it wrong. We do not publish under a house byline or an invented author.

Where AI is involved

We build an AI product, so it would be strange to pretend we do not use AI. We would rather be specific about where.

AI assists with outlining, first drafts, and editing passes. It does not publish. Draft generation and publication are deliberately separate steps in our own tooling: a generated draft lands as a draft and requires a human to merge it before it appears on the site. Nothing reaches this blog without someone reading it end to end.

What that review is checking for, in order: whether the claims are true, whether the piece says anything a reader could not get from any other article on the subject, and whether it is worth someone's time. A draft that fails the second test gets rewritten or dropped rather than published to fill a slot.

What we will not do

• Publish to a quota. We have no posting schedule. Articles ship when they are worth reading. In 2026 we removed roughly a third of our own back catalogue on exactly this basis.
• Publish undisclosed sponsored content. We do not accept payment for posts, links, or favourable mentions. If that ever changes, any such piece will be labelled at the top, not in a footnote.
• Invent data. Statistics are either sourced and linked, or drawn from our own product and identified as such. We do not publish plausible-sounding percentages we cannot stand behind.
• Pretend competitors are worse than they are. Where we compare tools, we try to state honestly what the alternative does better.

Corrections

If we publish something factually wrong, we fix it and say so. Substantive corrections — anything that changes the meaning or the advice — get a dated note at the foot of the article. Typos and clarity edits are made silently.

To report an error, email support@cyberheroes.co.uk with the URL. We would rather be corrected than be wrong quietly.

Product claims

This is a company blog and we do write about our own product. Where an article mentions GlitchBot, the claim describes what the product does today — not what is on the roadmap. If a feature is unreleased, we say so.

Advertising

We show ads from Google AdSense on public content pages. Advertisers have no input into what we publish, no advance sight of it, and no ability to influence coverage. Ad placement is described in our privacy policy.
